As each product is custom made, I ask customers to ensure you measure your dog correctly and choose the correct size drop-down when placing the order. Return or exchange will be discretionary and will incur an additional charge should you provide incorrect measurements.

If an item is not suitable, I do offer a return/ exchange option if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the item is clean and unworn.

There will be a €14 fee which covers a prepaid label for the return and the cost of shipping a new order to you.

NOTE : The returns/ exchange option is only available on orders from Ireland.
